The Eventuri engineered intake system for 4.0TFSI V8 (EA825) is a completely re-engineered design that provides a noticeable increase in power and turbine efficiency. Unlike other systems, this intake does not use the standard airbox lid, which allows for a full-size manifold and larger diameter filters. As a result, the turbines get less resistance, higher flow velocity, and less load on the wastegate.
