This carbon turbo tube is a direct replacement of the factory aluminum in Honda Civic FL5 Type-R. Developed based on the successful FK8 version, this system takes into account 3 critical aspects: volume, flow quality, and temperature control.

• Prepreg carbon provides a smooth inner surface, which reduces turbulence

• The stock cast aluminum tube has a rough surface, which creates resistance

• Smooth "elbow" bend — promotes laminar flow

3️⃣ THERMAL INSULATION

• Utilizes a CNC-machined flange and a silicone coupler with integrated thermal divider

• No direct contact of carbon with the hot turbo

• Reduced heat transfer to the inlet air = more stable Intake Air Temperature (IAT)
